I recently purchased the commercial license and I don't appear to have all the templates. Specifically 15fps, 14.9,12,12.5,11.9; I see them as an option in my template browser but when i go to save the file in the "Export Slideshow to Video" option, it only allows my to choose from 23.976fps and higher....

Hi, just use exaclty the double frame rate when exporting the slow ones.
15fps -> export with 30fps
12fps -> export with 24fps..
There are no video framerates lower as 23.976fps!
