Preventing Moisture Build Up on Lens - rcmagraw - 2014-07-29

So I was out taking a shot of the Milky Way in the Mountains. After about an hour of shooting I noticed my shots were starting to get blurry. Sure enough I was getting moisture on the lens. I'm sure there are some people out there that have experienced the same issue. So my question is, what steps can be taken to prevent moisture from building up on the lens?

We already discussed this a couple of times here. Just search for it, here is one thread:

Sorry about that - I didn't find any post relating to my issue. But just to give an update to my issue. I found that using 3 hot pads taped together securely around the lens kept the moisture off my lens. They also have a product called the LensMuff. I ordered one earlier today - I will let you all know if it's worth the money.
