I'm recently purchased the program and I'm very impressed with it.

I work at lot with After Effects and various color correcting programs and want export movies in formats other than .mp4, such as Apple Pro Res 422.

I like correcting, and deflickering in LRT, but I'd rather not export with Light Room.

Can I get my "edited" image sequence into After Effects? In other words I want to touch everything up in LRT and Light Room, but I want to send those corrected photos to After Effects.

Just import your final sequence after saving it in LRTimelapse as image sequence to After Effects. This will however only work with RAW sequences!
