Delfina restaurant in San Francisco is celebrating its 15th anniversary this month.  Here's a short film I made with a friend that you'll enjoy about a day-in-the-life there.  It uses a combination of real-time and time-lapse to reveal what goes on behind the scenes at one of our greatest Italian restaurants.
