Thanks, I've just analyzed them. They don't seem to have any preview embedded, which is quite unusual for raw files. Unfortunately in that case LRTimelapse can only fall back to the slow process of demosaicing to generate those camera previews.
At the end, you'd only need the camera previews for the holy grail wizard. If you didn't shoot according to the Holy Grail technique (changing ISO/Exp/Aperture while shooting) you could skip the step of creating the camera previews: Just create your keyframes, save and change the folder to interrupt the preview generation - then go directly to Lightroom to edit your keyframes.
After coming back from Lightroom, then load the sequence again and switch directly to Visual Previews.
Or do the conversion to DNG as I suggested earlier if you want the regular workflow (for example for a holy grail sequence).
