Please see the attached pictures. The sequence is shot in Av mode.
I manually add some keyframes according to the jumps.

However, some keyframes didn't generate jumps on yellow line.
The photos do have exposure jumps in LR after I read metadata.

In AV Mode please don't use the holy grail workflow and the orange keyframes. Just make sure that NO orange keyframes are set and use the deflicker workflow. Holy Grail Workflow is only for sequences shot in M-Mode.
