AE(CS6) or QTPro don't preserve LR4 full Colors?

I have noticed that I do not get as bold of colors from an image sequence in either AE (CS6) or Quick Time Pro? It retains some, but the stills look so much better "bolder" than the renders? My out put is set to QT 4444?
