Does the After Effects motion blur effect do a similar job to the pro version of LRT4?

Of course you can achieve a similar effect with after effects, but this would mean leaving the workflow. It would take considerably more time than just avtivating the checkbox in the LRT render dialog, that's, why it's there... :-)
