Any experience LRT 3 with pro videocamera to make timelapse or activate/deactivate the shutter release?

With Nikon DSLR don't problem, but recently buy one Panasonic H-CX2000, and found one 2.5 jack for remote control, and have one idea for video filming activating with LRT 3 and automatic off recording with LRT 3, 5 or more minutes (similar to DSLR bulk shutter, one signal to open the and one signal to close the shutter)

The panasonic have 2.5 jack with LANG protocol.

Any idea if this is possible?

I don't know that camera. But basically, if you use TL/Astro (B) mode of the LRT PRO Timer, it will hold the shutter release for the time that you set as "Exposure-Time" and repeat this every Interval. Just try it out.
