ewww i made a mistake of life ... i set my camera to aperture mode and shot an awesome and impossible to repeat it on manual on the future .... is there any way to fix that ?
any tips ?

after rendering it look too much blinking like every 10 frames.

try the deflicker workflow, make sure that no orange keyframes are being generated (use keyframes/create keyframes (even spaced)) instead of the wizard.
