Hi - newbie here.

I can't get the app to run either. I have tried renaming it but it only gets as far as popping up the header "LRTimelapse beta" and then disappears.

MacBookPro with 2gigs ram etc...

Clues anyone?

I fear 2Gigs of RAM is not enough. But you can tweak the amount of ram supplied to LRTimelapse. I described it here:

Please replace –Xmx2048m with –Xmx1024m at the appropriate place and you should get it to work.

No go - tried the suggested settings but got the same result.
I can't afford a new laptop unfortunately!
I will try the Windows version on my Dell (has 4Gb).
