All went fine installing the LR5 key on my iMac.  However, when saving the Key on my Mac Book Pro, which appears as a file attachment in the email and after saving-as into documents it appears as a folder, and does not open.  The license is not activated. 

I have tried to save a number of times without success.

You should try to figure out how to save an attachement from an email in your email program. When saving the attachement correctly, you should get a file with suffix ".lic" in your documents folder. If you can't get it going, you can send me an email, then I'll resend the license key in a zip file which might be easier to handle (support at lrtimelapse dot com)
