Auto transition does not consider keyframes

Offline
#1 mEdensky
I've been following this guide of how to do day to night timelapse:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SVFHO1FOik

After adjusting exposure of keyframes in Lightroom I reload the XML info in LRTimelapse, and so far so good (please see Untitled-1.jpg). Once I click Auto Transition, the keyframes are not considered at all. Please note in Untitled-2.jpg how DSC_0387.NEF and DSC_0388.NEF have different shutter speed, but exposure suddenly is exactly the same.

On a second note, I don't understand why Auto Transition removes all "exposure" settings and replaces them with "highlights" and "shadows" settings, but perhaps that's normal.

Please help! Thank you!

LRTimelapse does not "remove" them, it will just hide colums with unchanged values by default (you can change this with the checkbox above the table).
Shutterspeed has nothing to do with Exposure - expsure is the Lightroom tool, shutter speed is what you set on your camera.
I'd suggest wo watch my tutorials or read the workflow instructions once more.
