Hi, I have a sequence where there right in the middle of it is an interval of 147 seconds (normal is 5 sec) and also is a jump (movement) which is very noticeable. How can I do the best out of the situation? Is it maybe best to split it into two sequences and crossfade in  post?

I'd split it and then probably cut another sequence inbetween in post. Even crossfading might be visible.

Ahh, good idea to cut another clip in between!
