The last two upgrade zip files have destroyed WinZip. When I try to open the zip file with WinZip, the program starts pauses a few seconds as it's loading the zip file and then WinZip terminates. I've got a workaround by using Windows Explorer, so this is just an FYI in case anyone else is running into this.

Hmm, try 7zip, which is the better choice anyway.
