Let's say, you've got one or 2 frames which are a bit shifted due to the wind or anything for that matter.

Would you rather delete these frames or instead let warp stabilizer do it's job?
Or does that depends on the subject, when the frames are really important or not.

Same kind of question. If there's a bird in one frame, would you remove the whole frame or only the bird in Photoshop or something? Or is it again dependent on the subject?

I would not delete the frames, since this typically looks weird. Warp Stabilizer normally does a quite decent job.
Regarding birds: I stamp them out in After Effects.
