I've already described this issue in the qDSLRdashboard forum - no reply yet from Zoltan.
So....The LRT "CAPTURE SAMPLE" does not display an image on my Lenovo Android tablet model TB-8504F. Live View on the qDSLR works fine. Nikon D750 connected with OTG cable. Exposures are made and recorded on SD card (NEF and JPEG).
I connected camera to my MotoG5 Android smartphone and all functions work perfectly including the image display using LRT "Capture Sample".

If the same config works on another tablet, likelihood is high that this is an incompatibility with the tablet. I think, if anyone, this is something only Zoltan can answer.

Meanwhile, maybe you could try connecting via wifi.
