Hi All
I just purchased the Pro 3 timer and am using it with my Canon 5D MK IV. I did update the software as well before start up. I normally run the qDLSR dashboard on my laptop plugged into the F-USB port on the camera giving me control over the camera remotely. With the laptop plugged in the timer will not trigger the camera. Pull the USB and dis-connect the laptop and the timer starts to fire the camera and works well. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks

Obviously the USB connection seems to be blocking the camera from accepting external trigger signals.
Please check the configuration of the camera (often it helps to now have the camera in Live View mode).
Also check the dslrDashboard settings, it should release the USB connection (see HOST Mode vs. CAMERA Mode) when not doing anything.

I'm moving this to the qDslrdashboard board.
