I have CS4 and LR2. Can I bring Raw photos into LR Time Lapse keeping the adjustments made in Bridge and Camera Raw? LR Timelapse only has LR3 and LR4 Mode.

Sorry, LR2/CS4 is not supported. I never tested it. LR2 doesn't allow for video export. You can try using LRTimelapse in LR3 mode but no guarantees that that will work, as I said, i never tested it and don't support it.
I would suggest buying LR4, it's pretty cheap and has huge improvements over LR2 and 3.
