No question, I'd go for the D750. Sold my D810 for a 2nd D750. Never regretted.

Why may i ask ? cause d750 had issues with flare, shutter and lately there was an email send from nikon to resellers due all its problems to take it in regardless the issue.

What are the pros and cons with each camera for taking time-lapses?
cause you got experience with both camera's

Thanks in advance.

D750 has one of the best sensors. Open WiFi, Swivel display and a great price to performance ratio. Besides 24 MP is perfect for timelapse. Flare and Shutter is no issue in practical use. I've never had a case (not me not anyone else I know) that hat issues with this in real world scenarios. Apart from that Nikon exchanges the shutter if really necessary.

D810 produces nasty white dots when shooting in low light (astro) and the resolution is too high for timelapse in my opinion. Noise with High ISO is also inferior.
