Like I told you, using the "LRT Motion Blur Plus" Feature in the LRTimelapse Render Dialog will help a to ease this.

I you have After Effects, you could also play with the blend modes (especially the "color" one). Never used it on timelapses but that should do the trick after some trial and error tests. (maybe using some blur or echo to smooth it all).

Seeing this on a Sony A7R II, so it's not just Nikon. Happening at ISO 1600.

Try keeping the edits as neutral as possible, then see if it goes away. If so, it's Lightroom introducing it, if not (and you followed the advices given at the beginning of this thread) it's the sony sensor.
