You really think that's the solution? I can assure you it isn't. LRT 4 is out of support since 2 years no, no updates, no compatibility with latest OS and LR and so on. That's definitely not the solution. So many user are happily using LRT5 and there are no know issues - most of the problems people experience when starting are easy to solve and I'm here to help.

You already opened up some other threads with specific questions.
Regarding the previews, I've already pointed you to an extensive faq article whose solutions will also help you track down, why your computer is blocking the generation: https://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-vis...w-previews
You didn't even bother to answer if you tried those measures.
Please let's continue in the original thread: https://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-vis...0#pid47320

Regarding the colors: LRT5 brings advanced color management and advanced color ranges like Rec.2020. If you don't know what that is, then please stay with the default. Render in Rec.709 and you'll get files that any player or editor should be able to reproduce.
You also opened up a thread for that, and I'd suggest that we continue there:

I'm really here to help you, but you need to help me doing so by trying what I'm suggesting and providing concise feedback, log files and maybe also a screencast to show me what's going on. This would really help.

Let's get you going with LRT5 and please forget about any outdated versions.
