dslrDashboard and image storage options

Hi,
I've got 2 questions regarding image storage when using dslrDashoard.
(My NEXUS 7 is in the mail, so I cannot try it out myself.)
Shooting lengthy time lapse sequences (4-5 hrs.+) in RAW requires a lot of storage.

Q1:
Does dslrDashboard allow to use the camera internal storage or will it always transfer images to the device running dslrDashboard?

I believe the answer is 'yes' as Gunther briefly pointed out in his video
"WLan Fernsteuerung für Nikon und Canon DSLR Kameras | gwegner.de" at 04:36.
But I could not find a real convincing answer.

Q2: (provided Q1 = YES)
Will dslrDashboard recognize the 2 camera internal cards like in a Nikon D300s (CF and SD, both 64GB)?
I believe the answer is 'yes' as well, because this is handled by the camera, but I'd like to receive assurance.

Thanks in advance for feedback.
Greetings

For both questions the answer is yes.
The images are stored on camera SD card. Only the JPG image is downloaded for histogram calculation but it is not keep on your device (Nexus in your case).
The image saving to SD card is handled by the camera.

@Zoltan - thanks. All clear now.

Only my uncertainty about the two questions so far have prevented me from purchasing the Nexus 7. It's in the mail now.
Expecting to put dslrDashboard into use for an extended TL-take of the next full-moon-rise beginning next week.
