Edelkrone and pro timer 2.5

Offline
#1 CedricMelbourne
So I own the v1 edelkrone action module and target module. Is there anyway to make it work with the pro timer 2.5? [Image: https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2019080...ebcd5c.jpg]
I have the action and target module for a long time and never really used it but i don’t want to buy another slider setup for $$$$ to waist more money.
Does anyone have any anduino programming skills they could share to make this function in a slave mode

please help
Thank you

As far as I know, Edelkrone is a closed system which doesn't offer any slave mode. But you might want to request this at their support.

Thank you

I still waiting on an answer from them. I am really curious to see if this thing can be modified. It would be nice to get this thing to work in slave

They replied by trying to have me buy a newer slider setup smh

“Currently, edelkrone products do not have a slave mode or any compatibility with external Time-Lapse products. We recommend edelkrone products to be used only by theirselves for Time-Lapse productions.

In addition to that, I would recommend you to consider new generation edelkrone products as well. All app controlled edelkrone products have built-in Time-Lapse mode in which system repeats the move-shoot-move sequence by sending signals to the camera via shutter trigger cable to take pictures at each step. Afterwards, these taken photographs can be converted into a Time-Lapse video in the post production. I can assure you that edelkrone products provide unique experience with the Time-Lapse mode. For your convenience, I have inserted a link below for the unique Time-Lapse features that edelkrone products provide.”

Yeah, nice... :-(
If you wanted to buy something you, I'd recommend having a look at the devices from https://blackforestmotion.com
Definitely an open approach, which you can combine with different motion control equipment. And also will work perfectly with the LRT PT 2.5.
