I've been using LRTimelapse without a problem. Then the other day I followed the prompt for the latest version and downloaded it. Now when I open LRT it says at the top 'ExifTool not installed' and I get a pop-up telling me to install Exif Tool.

I've download ExifTool and extracted the files but I still get the same message and LRT still says ExifTool not installed. What am I doing wrong? Why this problem now when it was all working before?

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit on a PC.

Hi, on Windows there is no need to install exiftool separately.
Just uninstall and reinstall the latest version of LRTimelapse again. Then check in c:\program files (x86)\LRTimelapse if Exiftool.exe is present there - it should.
No try to launch. If there is still a message saying ExifTool ist not available, please send me the logfile (info/Log).
I assume your installation is corrupt.
