Exposure variation

Hello,

I don't understand these exposure variations (please see attached screen captures), and why they are not corrected ?

It looks as if you have two huge jumps in your camera settings (Exposure/ISO/Aperture) which the holy grail wizard tries to compensate. Of course, with such huge changes, this won't work perfectly, and also the look of the images will be so different, that most likely, even if you smoothed the curve with visual deflicker, you would see the transition.
This is a typical case of error when shooting and controlling the camera.

You'll get best results with the smallest possible adjustments. Usually I recommend 1/3 stops as holy grail adjustments.
