I have a longer sequence that hangs up when initializing. The first 1000 RAW files initialize file, the previews show up and play normally. About half way through no other files will initialize, there are no previews and the Adobe DNG starts dancing in the dock again but nothing happens. Also the Holy Grail Button is not active even though I can clearly see changes in ISO and Shutter Speed in the columns.

Other directories work fine, it just seems to be this one particular sequence that is having this issue. When I inspect the files in Bridge they are all same resolution with a consistent interval. Strangely when I inspect the files on the camera directly from the card there are preview images at a different resolution that are not showing up in Bridge or LRT.

I have tried re-importing the files, initializing, and reinstalling LRTPro (5.5.7). I am stuck with Adobe DNG converter 12 because my machine is limited to OS10.13 (High Sierra). Not sure if this is an LRT issue, or something else going on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need this sequence for client work.

Can you open LRTimelapse again, load the sequence and if the problem happens again, send the log file? Info menu / show log.

Obviously the communication with ExifTool is stalling.

Also try restarting the computer and try again.

Provided full disk access to LRT, DNG Converter and Lightroom. Restarted the computer but the problem persists. Sequences that were edited previously load and the previews work normally. However, unable to initialize any new directories due "lost connection with EXIFtool".

Ok, let's try to uninstall and reinstall LRTimelapse on your Mac.

Please close LRTimelapse and Lightroom.
Now open Terminal. Type:
/usr/local/LRTimelapse/uninstall.sh
Hit Enter. Now you will be asked to enter your login password, type it blindly and hit enter.
This will fully uninstall LRTimelapse.
You might have to manually remove the Icon from the dock, if you had it docked.
Now I'd recommend to restart the computer and redownload the latest LRTimelapse from https://lrtimelapse.com/download/
Now run the installer.
Now you should have a fresh install.
