Design/placement of hot shoe mounts

Offline
#1 Pogo007
As designed, both hot shoe mounts require me to remove the standard EVF eyecup on my Sony a6000. Not sure if this is the case with other Sony mirrorless cameras or not but it would be nice if either (1) the mount on the narrow side could be moved back toward the display side or, less preferably, the mount on the wider side could be raised away from the body in order to provide the needed extra clearance. Of course, neither of these design changes can help me but I'm sure anyone with an a6000 that purchases in the future would certainly appreciate this simple redesign.

Thanks

Thanks for sending the picture. That indeed seems to be a very special camera design. Currently we already have produced a condsiderable amount of housings, but I'll keep that in mind should we go for a redesign in the future.
