Hi,
I have recently purchased a LR Timelapse Pro License but seem to be coming across an issue where the files do not load even though the program recognises there are 3434 images inside the folder (see screenshot attached), on this specific case it's only loading one file. I found it happening in other folders as well, while some folders seem to work fine. Quite arbitrary.

Already tried the following without any success:
-Changing file names
-changing folder name
-refreshing LR timelapse
-Quitting and reopening
-Changin folder location

Any support would be appreciated.

Using Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1
LR timelpase has "full disk access"
Files located on an external Raid drive, but also tried copying to desktop and problem remains.

Hi, do these images already have XMP data? It seems that they might have former edits from Lightroom saved to XMP. If that's true, please try to reset all edits in Lightroom and save the metadata for the whole sequence. Then again try to load it into LRTimelapse.
If the problem persistst, please send me one or two of those images via a file transfer sequence like WeTransfer to support@lrtimelapse.com

Clearing all settings on bridge, and deleting the lrt hidden folder seems to have worked. Files are now loading properly
I appreciate the support.

There is also a way in LRTimelapse to reset Metadata. Either via Metadata / Initialize - or even Metadata / Clear Metadata to get rid of any former edits.
