Firmware 2.5 R20

Offline
#1 Gunther
Here is a new, quite substantial update to the LRT Pro Timer 2.5. Special thanks goes to user @Sheeba for his extensive tests and good suggestions!
As always, please find the download link and instructions on how to update the firmware on your LRT Pro Timer 2.5 here: https://lrtimelapse.com/lrtpt/firmware-updates/

Releasenotes:
2.5 r20
  • New option in settings to invert the rotation direction of the button.
  • New option in settings to turn off the second camera port in order to save some battery. This will mostly help when doing Bulb shots. For normal timelapse shots in M mode, it doesn't make a big difference. As long as the second port is turned off, you'll get a message when powering the device which indicates which port is off.
  • While shooting now on the left side there will be two pixels (instead of one before) indicating the two camera ports, which will light up, while the camera is being released. The upper pixel is for camera 1, the lower for camera 2. If you turn off camera 2 in the settings, only the upper pixel will be lit.
  • Intervals longer than 60 minutes will now be displayed as Hours:Min:Secs in all Modes.
  • Shorter display of the warning "For exposures < 30s use M-Mode for better results."
  • Single/Bulb Mode: Countdown of the Exposure time will start with the given time and end with 1.
  • Timed TL date range is now limited from 2019 to 2088 to prevent overflows. That should be enough for any of us... ;-)
  • Shooting screen: remaining time for an interval will now displayed as mmConfuseds if it's >60 secs.
  • DSLM Wakeup Time: the focus signal to wake up the camera will now be sent for the duration set as AF-Time in the settings, with a minimum of 200ms.
  • Longest release time that can be set in the settings is now 950ms (no one should need to use such a long time).
  • Astro-TL Mode and Custom Mode: Changing an Interval to lower values than ( Exposure + a minimum dark time) will lower the exposure time. This prevents you from going back and forth, if you want to change the interval to lower values.
2.5 r19
  • Added an option to cancel shooting by long clicking from the pause screen.
  • With some more powerful USB chargers, the battery status sometimes did not switch to "Charging" although the charging actually worked.
