I have been following the installation video by sawO and have installed the OpenWRT onto the TP-Link 3040 without any problem but once Windows 7 recognizes the new Network Device it disconnects from the Internet and will not allow any connection to further the install. It reports that DHCP has been disabled and if I enable it just drops the OpenWRT and opens my Home Network!
Any ideas on what may be going wrong with my install? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all!!

Do you have maybe another router with the 192.168.1.1 address?
Did you try connecting the router with ethernet cable to your PC?
Do you see the DDServerAP in your wireless connections list?
