Make sure that you have read the Metadata that LRTimelapse produced in LR. This will happen
a) if you added the sequence to the LR catalog after doing the first workflow row in LRT (the recommended way) or
b) if you did "Read Metadata From Files" in LR.
Now hit "M" to invoke the Gradient tool. You should see the 4 handles (small dots).
If not, you might have deactivated the display of those handles, you can change this in the toolbar (T).
