I am exporting a 4K video, I was wondering how much of a difference does it make to use Very High or Ultra High quality settings?

For my encoding experience the over-the-top settings often do not really add any perceptible improvement to the overall quality, but happy to hear feedbacks from you!

It depends on the sequence. If you have lots of movement / changes between images, higher quality will help to reduce artifacts. With smooth sequences (ND filter, Motion Blur Plus activated), the default "High" setting will deliver very good results. I recommend to do some test with your individual footage.
