Its a flicker every 30 pic.

Im new to this but i have done 3 bad ones then 1 good then this happened.

I don't see flicker, only shaking. Did you possibly set up on a bridge that was swinging?

It was on a viewing point made off wood. No wind and no people around just me sitting still. 
It seems like its a pattern to it right? 
I will do another one in a solid location and see if i get the same results.
Maby the tripod got compressed every 5 min or somthing

Make sure to turn off any image stabilization on the camera or lens when shooting from a tripod...
