Hmmmm, one of my 2.5s is dead!

I was doing a shoot last week with one of my 2.5s. When processing in LRTimelapse, I first noticed that some of the frames had been skipped during the sequence. This happened on a couple of time-lapses, so I changed to the other 2.5. When I went to charge the problem one, the screen was now dead. I thought maybe the battery had completely flattened, but even overnight it did not take a charge or come to life.
I have taken both 2.5s apart and swapped both the batteries with the one that works, I have also tried a reset/firmware upgrade and still no joy. I suspect that it might be fried, but if anyone has any bright ideas, all input welcome!

Gunter, loving the 3 by the way!!
