I'm using ML Auto-ETTR on my 5DIII.

My first question is: in what order should I do the LRT holy grail and the deflickering?

My second question is related to the auto holy grail keyframer.

Using AETTR I get lots of little steps, which, at 0.5Ev setting, the auto holy grail algorithm doesn't pick up.

If I reduce the steps to 0.2Ev, I seem to pick up the keyframes. What experience do others have with ML and LRT?

Any pointers gratefully received as I am still seeing some flicker.

You can set the threshold to "0" in the LRTimelapse expert settings, then LRT will see all adjustments.
Just use the normal holy grail workflow then.

Could you also say something about the order of doing the holy grail key frames and deflicker.

That is what workflow is best for deflickering when you have a holy grail capture.

After thought. I have spent a whole morning reading about two pass and deflickering with holy grail and think I get it! Hopefully I won't need to post anymore :-o)
