Holy Grail curve is wrong, which then leads to uncorrectly processed sequence

Hello! This is my first time posting so I'm hoping this is the correct place to do it.

I'm a long time LRTimelapse user. Well, not long time, but I've been using it almost every day for the past year. Magnificent tool, really. But something happened with my sequence and I think it's due to me using a variable ND filter and correcting exposure with it for some time.

As you can see here, even though the luminance is changing, the camera settings stay the same because of the ND filter. Which I believe is the reason why this went wrong.

This leads to this uncorrect Holy Grail curve at the times when I was turning the ND filter.

Which then leads to uncorrectly corrected image.

Is there a way to correct the HG curve manually? Or is there any way to make use of this footage and not go shoot it again?

Thanks in advance!

Removing a ND filter will of course not be reflecteded in the exif data that the camera writes and thus LRTimelapse's Holy Grail Wizard will not know about it. You can use the Lens-Tagging feature to force LRT to see those changes. I've explained it here: https://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-nd-...8#pid30528
