Hi Gunther,

Congratulations on the introduction of LRT 5 !!!!

in LRT 5 my holy grail orange curve is not displaying properly.

it starts with touching the extreme lower left bottom and then rises up to touch the extreme top right

I cannot open that link. Can't you use the rotate slider to bring it closer to the middle line? Please send a screenshot that I can open.

Hi Gunther

here is the image - the orange holy grail sits right at the bottom and then rises right to the top ...

What about the rotate slider - can't you fix it with that slider?
Is that a sequence that you already had edited with a former version? Right click on the folder and select "clear all LRTimelapse editing" then try again.

Hi

i can rotate the slider to the extreme left and get the curve shown below .... but it is not what i normally expect to do.
Yes , i have cleared the editing 2-3 times but always got the same result

I'm not sure why this is happening. I can't see how close those adjustments have happened there. The Holy Grail Wizard needs at least 1-2 frames between every adjustment.

Hi,

In LRT 4.7 the holy grail orange curve for the same sequence looks fine.

No, it doesn't. Look at the end.

Hi

the end is when it is completely dark and the QDSLR app has reached its set limits. That is normally what happens in all my sequences when it is totally dark and QDSLR is no longer " allowed" to ramp. In fact the start of the gentle curve downwards signals the end of ramping for qdslr. I normally rotate the holy grail curve but for the sake of clarity and direct comparison did not rotate the curve.

Alternatively , how do i get the orange holy grail curve to look the same way in LRT 5.0 as it does in LRT 4.7, for the same sequence...

The HG Wizard in LRT4 had a couple of problems and was not really accurate, that's why the new one works better. Of course I couldn't test each and every scenario possible, but in my scenarios it worked very well.
If you want, you can send me your sequence in a zip file via https://fromsmash.com and I'll have a look. But to me it seems that the rotate slider was able to bring your sequence to the horizontal middle so that you can work with it. The rest can be done via keyframe editing.
