How to interface with PTGui for panoramic video?

Offline
#1 truelife
I'm fairly new to timelapse and have been shooting a bunch of panoramics with the Ramper Pro and 2 x Canon T5i. I'm able to join the images in PTGui, but I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light on their workflow for this type of imagery. Because of the XML files from the RP, I'm thinking my two options are:

PTGui —> export TIFF panorama, —> Adjust panorama in Lightroom or LRTimelapse —> export JPG for video

Lightroom —> PTGui —> export JPG for video

My concern with importing to LRT first is that i would have to make adjustments to both camera’s images in hopes that they blend. Whereas if I made panoramas first in PTGUI then I'd just have to adjust the finished frames in LRT for flicker etc.

Ideas?

I'd batch-stich them first, then convert the TIFFs from PTGui to DNG (via Lightroom) and feed those into LRTimelapse.
