Is there any Freeware stabilizers out there???

If good one, could embed stabilization in User Work Flow on LightRoom side (Export -> Stabilize -> Import Back -> Do TimeLapse Magic). Or even better if it could be "automatized" in somehow in LRTimeLapse Workflow. Either would be good.

I'm working on this, but currently the free ones available are either not good or they do not fit into the workflow.
Currently After Effects is the best option I'm afraid.
