Is there any limit for the number of pictures per project?

Hello,

I'm using LRTimeLapse 4.0.2 en 64bits sur Windows 8.1 avec 64Go de RAM et des HD en SSD (8To).

I've built with no problem quite large projects with more than 64K pictures but it seems that the software has some hard time with 100K pictures....

Is there any information about that?

Thank you for your reply.

Best regards.

Hi Pierre,
there is no hard limit, but those large sequences are not supported officially. As of http://lrtimelapse.com/eula/ the official support ends at 10.000 images. Everything higher then this might work but there is no guarantee... :-)

To speed up the workflow I'd recommend to split those large sequences. You can just select a part of the sequence then right click -> new folder from selection. This will quickly move the part into a new folder that you can then work on. After finishing, you can easily move back with the move function in LRT.

Thank you for your prompt answer even though I have only very large time lapse :-)

I will split them but would be great your software support larger TL.

Anyway, I can tell you your LRTL 4.0.2 Pro is able to make time lapse with more than 45K pictures as I did it few times already.

Best regards.
