Hi Gunther, your link is broken. From what I see it is missing "r" at the beginning in lrt ..

I haven't changed anything in yellow curve. i just saved it just for preview.
The jumps in the violet curve is becoz of the changes i made in ISO/Shutter spped/aperture. Does it look fine to you ?
What can be done to get this sorted ?

These are all errors that you did when shooting:

I already told you what to do.
Install the new LRT4, maybe the new Visual Deflicker can save the sequence.
Start over from scratch by initializing the sequence (tools toolbar/initialize).
Then follow the instructions here: http://lrtimelapse.com/workflow
