OK, I have installed and uninstalled and installed and uninstalled a couple times, and still it won't work, I can't get any of my files to come in. I press on them and my computer wont see them. I own a Macbook Pro. Is it the OS that is causing this to happen?

Does the App actually launch?
What kind of files are you trying to use?
How much RAM do you have?
