Hi Gunther , I am sorry if this has already crop up, I did a search but it didn't find anything regarding this subject. 
I have 2 set of photos that make a sequence of 2080 photos in the timelapse the first frame number is 9164, as it reach 9999, it changes to 0001, LRT sees the frmas right with no problems but  as I import the keyframes into Lightroom, they are out of sequence. The first keyframe is 0001 instead of 9164 which is the first frame of the full sequence.
Is there a setting I am missing in Lightroom Preferences?

In Lightroom, when in grid view you can chang the sort order on the lightroom toolbar (hit T to toggle the toolbar). Set the sort order to Date/Time.
