Lightroom crop help (in conjunction with LR Timelapse)

Offline

Hello,

While not specifically an LRTimelapse question, it is with LRTimelape that I only tend to use batch "sync" feature with which to apply crops and other settings, etc.

So, the issues:

Recently, for some unknown reason, when I crop the first image in the keyframes to 16:9 (and then position the crop) all of the other keyframes accept the 16:9 crop but the position is off. I don't know why its started doing this recently but it is bugging the hell out of me!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Alistair.

You shouldn't use the native synchronize at all, but the LRTimelapse sync script:

With Lightroom 6 or CC this will include the crop too. With former Lightroom versions, you'd have to sync the crop separately with the Lightroom sync-feature (but only the crop).

I know that this is not a direct answer to your question. If the images have all the same size then the crop sync should not behave like you described. But this is really rather an adobe topic, since it's definitely not normal.
