After processing in Lightroom, saving metadata to files, returning to LRT I click "RELOAD" and all keyframes get sent to the bottom of the image list. Then If I click "auto transition" I get an error. What am I doing wrong?

LRTimelapse sorts by date/time from Exif data. So make sure that before bringing the images to Lightroom, the Exif data hat been completely taken over in LRTimelapse and the date/time column is filled.
If you're images don't have Exif data, set LRTimelapse to sort by filename (button on top left of table).
