I have a Nikon D850 setup with QDslrDashboard on my tablet, all seems to be working well. I did see that the app has a interval timer so is there a benefit to using both the LRT Pro Timer and QDslrDasboard together? If so, would it be beneficial only in certain circumstances?

Yes, I still use it. I don't know any other solution with the same performance and accuracy for holy grail shooting. Nothing changed compared in my way of work since this video: https://lrtimelapse.com/gear/dslrdashboard/
