LRT5 - TIFF 16bits to make composition

Offline
#1 SilvanoAP
Hello,

In first, i would like to say a great thanks about this new version, very amazing results with HolyGrail and Flickering functions !
Thank you Gunther !

I write this post about to make a composition (new feature in LRT5), and file format of all source files.

It seem that it's doesn't work with file format TIFF 16 bits.
Progress bar don't go to the end, and no error message is display.

In the log of events of the app LRTimelapse, i had saw this error message :
java.io.IOException: Cannot decode file format

With JPG file format everything works.

Many thanks about your return about TIFF 16 bits file format to use this new feature.

Kind Regards,
Silvano AP.

Unfortunately LRTimelapse currently cannot read 16 bit Tiff files. Composition therefore will only work with 8bit TIFF or JPG files.
The same goes for the new preview in the Render dialog. It doesn't show up for 16bit Tiff sequences.
I'll add an info display to the composition dialog for now.
