I need some help here as I can not get LR TImeLapse 4.7.4 to run for me on my Win 10 machine at all.

Some time ago, I tried an older trial copy of LRTimelapse 3.x.x, and just came back and tried LRTimelapse current version 4.7.4. I couldn't get the 4.7.4 trial to run, so I went ahead and bought the personal license. Thought may be it was the 30 day period expiry etc.

I have been unable to get 4.7.4 to run other than one brief splash screen appearance. I installed 4.7.4 right over the 3.x and it seemed to put it in a separate place, but it wouldn't launch even after reboots. So I uninstalled 3.x and 4.7.4 and ran CCleaner, cleaned the registry etc.
I ran the installer again after a reboot and it didn't seem to finish...

LRTimeLapse 4.7.4 appears in my Start Menu, but it won't launch.

I'm on latest LR CC, my video driver is up to date, all WIn 10 patches and updates etc....

Little help??

LR CC, PS CC
Fairly high spec machine and video card

Even though my 64 bit Java was up to date, I went ahead and updated both offline 64 bit again and 32 bit and now the program launches fine...will test and see how things proceed, but that seemed to resolve it.
