I was wondering if it is possible to use LRTimelapse and Magic Lantern Silentpic on Canons?

The problem I am seeing is the metadata is not present for the DNG files, at first I could not even see the previews but I was able to fix that by updating metadata/previews in Lr. I captured a holy grail time-lapse but when using the Visual workflow the holy grail button is greyed out and does not detect the jumps? Is there a way to add these manually? Or some type of workaround? I believe its not seeing the jumps because of the missing data?

If you use Magic Lantern, don't use the Holy Grail Wizard, just use the visual deflicker.
